Maria is an registered psychologist, educator and supervisor. She specializes in anxiety, depression and trauma therapy. With an awareness of wholeness, she offers EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT and other self regulation strategies to help clients find calm and strength to reach their goals.
